The Family Assistance Program is available to all members who need assistance with the financial adjustment when multiple children are born, or have a major financial change (loss of job, serious illness, spouse called up for military duty, etc.). All information provided is confidential.

Family Assistance may include the following:

• - Diapers and formula, as donated by TPOM members
• - Coupons for formula, diapers, and wipes, as donated by TPOM members
• - TPOM membership hardship waivers for dues

The Family Assistance chairperson maintains a directory of hotlines and charity organizations that can also help a family in financial need.

Assistance will be given for up to one year, starting with acceptance into the program. If assistance is needed beyond a one-year period, re-application will be necessary. You are asked to keep the Family Assistance chairperson informed of your circumstances and needs, and to contact us if your circumstances change.
